On May 10, the company unveiled its "30500 Plan," aiming to operate 30 brands and 500 restaurants worldwide by 2030. This bold strategy marks TTFB's push to become one of Taiwan’s leading dining groups with a global presence, starting with its expansion into the U.S. market.

TTFB Targets the U.S. with Goal of 100 Locations by 2030

Expanding Asian cuisine chains globally comes with unique challenges, from complex ingredients to difficult-to-replicate cooking techniques. In the U.S., where only 5% of the 50,000 Asian restaurants are part of chains, TTFB sees an opportunity. Leveraging its expertise in standardizing ingredients, optimizing kitchen operations, and training chefs, TTFB plans to open two U.S. locations by 2025, with a target of 100 locations by 2030, marking the first phase of its international expansion strategy.
